Changes in this transcription, compared to the one submitted by Harlan L Thompson:
- added the middle instrumental break. This basically complements Michael Paulkovich's tab file in the archive, except I'm 100% positive that there is a B7 chord in the song which isn't in the tab.
- added "(stop)" signals -- single shots of E that are immediately muted
- suggested forms of C#m and C+ to use in the song

Harlan may have been correct that the C+ has the c root note on the 5th string (3rd fret), which in barred form would be on the 6th string (8th fret), but I don't hear it and find that the above inversions fit well against the recording. You be the judge!
